Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the fabric, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
